The maximum working temperature of the 101 series electric drying oven produced by our factory is 250°C. It can be used for various sample insertions. It is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating, and can be used in industry or laboratory (but not suitable for volatile items and flammable and explosive items to be placed in a drying oven to avoid combustion or explosion).
The working temperature of the drying oven can be increased from room temperature by 10°C to the maximum height, and the working temperature can be arbitrarily selected within this range. The bottom of the drying oven is equipped with a blower, which can make the indoor hot air mechanical convection, so that the indoor temperature is uniform. This series of drying ovens adopts intelligent digital temperature controller to control temperature, with high temperature control accuracy, and is an drying equipment for factories and scientific research units.
The structure of the description
The drying oven is made of cold-rolled steel plate, there is a studio for placing the sample in the box, there is a sample shelf in the studio, the sample can be placed on it for drying, there is a phase insulation layer between the studio and the box shell, and the glass fiber is filled with thermal insulation material. There is a glass in the middle of the door for observation of the studio.
The bottom of this drying oven is equipped with a high-temperature fan and heater, and the hot air in the studio promotes mechanical convection through the fan. Open the exhaust valve can make the air in the studio be replaced, the control device is installed on the side, easy to operate, beautiful appearance, easy maintenance, the drying oven is equipped with a bidirectional thyristor at the rear power access to control the power.

Directions for use
Preparation before use:
1. The box is placed in a dry and horizontal place indoors, and no other fixtures need to be used.
2. A circuit breaker should be installed in the power supply line, and a wire twice as thick as the power line should be used as the grounding wire and effectively grounded.
3. Before powering on, check the electrical performance of the box, and pay attention to whether there is an open circuit or leakage.
4. When everything is ready, you can put in the sample, close the door, and unscrew the exhaust valve at the same time, then you can connect the power supply and start working.
Use after power-on:
1. After connecting the power supply, you can turn on the switch, after the meter is powered on, the PV window will display the input type, the SV window will display the range, and the PV window will display the measured value and the SV window will display the set value after about one second.
2. Under the standard display mode, the meter may flash the alternating PV value and the following characters:
HHH: indicates that the input signal is out of range, which may be caused by sensor specification error, open input circuit, etc.
LLL: indicates that the input signal is negatively out of range, which may be caused by sensor specification error, reverse connection, short circuit, etc.
3. Press the SET button once, the PV window will display SO or SP, press the"▼" and "▲" buttons to set the temperature. After the temperature is set, t1 or st will be displayed in the PV window when pressing the SET button, and the time can be set by pressing the "▼" and "▲" buttons, and the time will not be timed if it is set to 0. After the setting is completed, press the SET button to return to the normal state, and the meter will start to execute. The display data of the SV window in the parameter setting state can be modified by pressing the ▼▲ key.
4. In the standard display state, if you press and hold the setting button for
5 seconds, you can enter the following parameter setting state, to exit this state, just press the SET button for 5 minutes to exit.
6. The self-tuning function of the instrument
Set the SV to the desired temperature value, press the < shift button for 5 seconds to start the AT light flashing from the tuning, and the AT light to turn off at the end of the tuning, to obtain a set of PID parameters to overcome the overtemperature, and < the shift button during the self-tuning process, the AT light is off for 5 seconds, and the self-tuning is stopped, and the instrument is also controlled according to the original PID parameters.
Precautions
1. This box is a non-explosion-proof drying oven, so do not put flammable and volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
2. This box is not a safety protection oven, no over-temperature protection function, unpredictable reasons may cause the temperature of the oven to run out of control, so the precious sample should be supervised by a special person when heating to avoid temperature loss and loss.
3. The average load of the sample shelf is 15 kg per square meter, and the sample should not be over-dense and overloaded when placing the sample, and the heat sink should not be placed on the heat sink or other things to affect the hot air convection.
4. The applicable environmental conditions of this drying oven are: temperature 5-35 °C, relative humidity ≤ 85%, no strong electromagnetic field around, no high concentration of dust and corrosive substances.
